About Dragons
A dragon is a legendary creature of mythology from many cultures around the world including ancient cultures so stories of them have existed for a long time. There are Asian dragons, European dragons and Polynesian dragons. Generally they have a reptilian appearence with scales, long tails and large wings that enable them to fly at great speed. There are small dragons but most are large and breath fire for defense and attack.
Some dragons may have human companions or riders but dragons are mostly solitary and live in deep caves. They are said to represent the primal forces of nature, religion and the universe and therefore may also possess magical powers.
